We're Andy and Esta Ryder, and we've been in real estate long enough to know that the best thing we can do for a client is be straight with them. Esta holds a Florida broker's license with over 20 years of experience. Andy spent 18 years teaching before becoming an investor and self-managing rental properties on the Gulf Coast. We live in Venice and work with buyers and sellers throughout the surrounding communities.

A little about us

We're Andy and Esta Ryder — married, living in Venice, and working

together every day in real estate. Esta brings over 20 years of experience to every transaction, including five years owning and operating her own brokerage in Ohio before earning her Florida broker's license. Andy spent 18 years as a high school teacher before stepping into real estate investing — flipping houses, building custom furniture, and self-managing three short-term rental properties across Ohio and Florida, including a Venice property he and Esta loved enough to eventually move their whole family into.

Between the two of us we've been on just about every side of real estate — buyer, seller, investor, landlord, and brokerage owner. That changes how you look at a property and how you advise a client. We're also just two straightforward people who would rather tell you something you don't want to hear than let you walk into a bad deal. That's how we work — as a team, and always in your corner.
